AUTO i CARE launches aggregation service for 24-hour auto service assistance – ANI

With the motto of providing customers with the best quality services for their automobiles, the mobile app allows users to search for the nearest gas station or local garages that can solve the problem encountered on any highway. Launched in 2019, with an initial connection to 18,000 garages nationwide, AUTO i CARE has now brought together 48,000 local garages, mechanics and service centers in approximately 998 cities nationwide, of which 107 are Tier 1 and Tier 1 cities. level 2.
AUTO i CARE helps customers request roadside assistance for common issues such as tire replacement, jump start, low fuel or vehicle unlocking, as well as major vehicle repairs or to do so tow to a local garage or mechanic. When assistance is requested, the app will provide real-time tracking of the incoming assistance vehicle – similar to popular transport apps – with estimated time of arrival, automatic SMS status updates and tow driver contact information. The idea is to attend car trouble in just 4 clicks on the mobile app. All are available at a very reasonable cost, within 20-30 minutes
Mr. Sagar Joshi, Founder of AUTO i CARE shared, “It was during a trip to Shirdi, when my car broke down in the middle of the night and we couldn’t find a single service that could come to help us, that the idea of creating AUTO i CARE germinated in my head. I realized the need to have a dedicated roadside assistance platform that will respond to any type of automobile on any highways in India.With a dedicated workforce, AUTO i CARE aims to provide smooth travel to people on highways, national roads, cities etc. We are confident of our services only if the assistance n doesn’t arrive in 20 minutes, it will be free.”
He added: “My background in auto repair and sales has helped me understand the pros and cons of this type of service. Even during the current COVID pandemic lockdown, we have been on the roads to help essential services continue to operate.During COVID -19 lockdown, the maximum number of queries we received from places like Faridabad, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Nagpur, Mumbai, Orissa, Pune, Delhi, Telangana, Maharashtra and Noida Every day we receive over 1200+ inquiries nationwide, and with 2 service centers for every 10km we are able to reach a wide range of customers.We have traveled 2,28,000km to across India and 238 national highways.
AUTO i CARE, is an aggregator of local mechanics and suppliers from across the country, creating employment opportunities and boosting the Indian government’s #vocalforlocal initiative. AUTO i CARE plans to start its AUTO i CARE autonomous service centers soon. AUTO i CARE services can also be used for motorcyclists in Mumbai and Pune and very soon also for heavy vehicles.
